Employment law attorney Justin Clark has been rated as a Rising Star by SuperLawyers in New York from 2017 through 2023. While in law school, Justin interned for the Attorney General’s Office for the State of Maine, the Attorney General’s Office for the State New Hampshire, and Levine & Blit, PLLC gaining substantial exposure to and knowledge of general litigation practices and employment laws before graduating cum laude.
For the last decade, Justin has represented hundreds of employees in many of the firm’s high-profile lawsuits against employers and has successfully negotiated countless settlements and severance agreements prior to litigation on behalf of his clients. In addition, Justin has tried ten cases at the firm, including jury verdicts of $900,000.00 and $1.295 Million, among other favorable results. Justin also serves as the firm’s primary appellate counsel representing dozens of clients of Levine & Blit, PLLC when appeals have become necessary.
In addition to Justin’s practice representing employees who have been wronged, Justin is often retained by small businesses in order to counsel them on wage and hour issues or employment law compliance issues, represent them during investigations and hearings by government agencies, and represent them in litigation.
